Riverside

The Riverside neighborhood first emerged around the turn of the century, with most of the early development during the 1920's.  The neighborhood has homes built during nearly every decade of the 20th century, with a resurgence of infill new construction homes beginning in 2002.  The neighborhood is developed upon the Civil War era Spink Estate.
